This is a case for the next Law School class to take on and study -- how can such a weaponized judiciary have taken hold and what can be done about it. This may be the scariest news so far -- this case as a precedent is extremely troubling and should worry every American. The penalty of $335 million is in and of itself a matter that must be legally reviewed -- how can it be allowed to stand?
