Good evening frens. Not sure how to handle this - so I'm sharing here. My grandson, 11, said he 'saw a picture of a girl's very private part in science.' So, I texted the teacher who said 'the vocabularies mentioned were testes, ovaries, and embryos.' I asked for the picture...

what grade is 11 yrs old?
we didnt learn this stuff until junior high...they separated us...boys in one room for the girls stuff..girls in the other room for the boys stuff...although a permission slip was sent home for parents to sigh...either ok...or not ok...

5th grade. I asked him why the teacher showed him the picture and he didn't know!
When my daughter, his mom, was his age, school taught reproduction using frogs and animals as examples.
Why not show the human skeleton structure differences of male and female?!
