The Colorado government should be more concerned about the lack of Lane Discipline, failures to Give Way to the traffic with the right-of-way, Intoxicated Driving, Distracted Driving, improper road attributes such as Disappearing Lanes, and rough road surfaces. The goal should be to make higher speeds safe for drivers on limited-access highways, not a crime, and that means better engineering and driver training. America needs less CARnage and more roads engineered like in this video:
