Brian has a secret recording of his lawyer (legal under one party consent) where his lawyer thought Brian was innocent enough to file a petition for a writ of actual innocence while law will only allow that for felonies. Brian has enough proof he is innocent. He was targeted because he ran USWGO Alternative News. The CIA is after Brian Hill. We have both evidence of threatening emails and a threatening CIA stooge text messages. Brian is a target of the Deep State and has been since he started his alternative media organization.
