She is spot on! In Ontario, Canada, the janitors, office secretaries and other support staff tend to be the ones who hold a school together on a day-to-day basis, but they are paid a mere fraction of the amount that teachers and administrators get. Most of them are laid off during the summer months and holidays and aren't even paid unlike the teachers who continue to earn their salaries.

She’s awesome! And I can guarantee that everyone of those teachers making 6 figures still complains about their low salaries and how bad they have it working 9 months a year. I’ve never heard a teacher say they make enough!
