I went down some deep rabbit holes in 2020 which asserted this. They also asserted that COVFEFE & Space Force were countermeasures.

I've seen absolutely nothing credible that tied covfefe to mitigating 5G. There is no technical information at all. Just the one viral video of a supposed tech showing the cov19 on a circuit board. Then David Straight perpetuated the rumor. Anons debunked that one thoroughly. The circuit board was out of an old cable box.
The very nature of an RF wave is that if it changes frequency, it cannot perform its intended use. There is no way to 'change the signal'. Only to shut it off.
