Exactly. Corrupt cops will not arrest the equally corrupt judges in a town or city. Someone has to do it. Many of these migrants will be doing what others will not or cannot do.

Its a 'possibility'.. and its one we landed on several years ago.. Ive yet to see any actual evidence to prove it.. its a good thought... certainly they are not aware thats what they are doing and thats for certain...
I would not put my eggs in that basket just yet.. but it is the 'happy ending' we came to several yeara go when trying to intend the outcome we wanted...
But the sale is not done until its done.. the other is the 'ACCOUNTS" become a carrot and stick affair to relocate everyone back to their original country of origin...
We cant say it is what is planned but it would be a result... its also useful to give them hotels, phones, and so forth if you want to keep track of them... if you wanted to ropund them up its easier to shut down a hotel lots of different locations...
But here in rural England they are being doing very well forthemsleves and its looking long term... they have barbers and fast food places everywhere..
