NO wonder my Dad is going thru another wave of vertigo/dizzy feeling/nausea...and just a few mins ago, I felt a huge wave hit my field...it's heavy... Stay calm,ground, DEEP breaths/pray for support from Mother's prana healing Hz if it's too intense, rest if feeling nausea, play 432/528 Hz until energies subside. Drink plenty of H2O.
