E goes by many names, mostly because his accounts tend to get banned, as he is so over target. In real life, it is Ezra Cohen, who served in the Trump administration.
This event, what ever it is, was originally scheduled to be on Feb. 5th, but E recently updated us that the plans had changed.
The aren't many details, but he indicated that people would like it. Even if it isn't Earth shattering, if something of note does occur, it will likely be another step on the way to the fall of Babylon.
