By Federal Law, at least in courts, you are alive in public, when your name is in proper form:

John Doe

You are dead when you name is in all CAPS.

JOHN DOE

You are alive, in private, when your name is in all lower case.

john doe

This is where you, eventually want to be.

Name case is everything. Now look at your ss#, your drivers license, and any other govt doc. They treat you as DEAD. AND THERE’S A MONETARY REASON FOR THAT.
