They want us off the farm because we don't need them when we have our own milk, and eggs. We have room to grow crops like potatoes, sweet potatoes and watermelon that can stay good all winter in a cold sellar with hay wrapped around them.
Raw milk has so many beneficial bacteria that it used to be dropped off at people's houses and left on the door step where it had no refrigeration. The good bacteria kept the bad from growing. Now they kill the good bacteria by heating it and they homogenize it so the fat is so small the body doesn't know how to use it so it stores it.
They have made laws to keep small farms from selling their raw milk.
We looked the other way for far to long and bought into the corporate world and bought into capitalism. Now it's time to change that.

Yes, I remember we could make waffles/pancakes from old milk before... the milk was soured and could still be used. Now the milk is rotting..due to production + poor nutrition.
The cows that go out to graze, sun and exercise are also important for nutrition and quality. It is felt when you know a good farmer who is not in the pocket of big capital lies and loves only money.
