They believe they can create immortality on earth by merging with tech. They have their head and some other parts frozen for when cryogenics might actually work. God determines when a person passes into the spirit. They’re deluded because we are born with immortal souls and live forever in the spiritual world either in heavenly societies or in the hells. Have to open the heart before dying. If that means sacrificing themselves for the benefit of helping the white hats, it's worth it to save their soul and next reincarnation in 4D. For instance, sabotaging an underground lair that's doing bad stuff. What do I know though and will they see this? Probably not
