☆Most have increased stress trying to fullfill the expectations of the holiday seasons. Stress adversely affects the immune system.
☆The intake of higher amounts of sugar makes the body acidic which makes the body more vulnerable to illness
☆People get dehydrated due to being busy with holiday expectations.
☆People shopping, touching things that are loaded with bacteria like door handles, shopping carts, public restrooms, items in stores etc. and not cleansing hands.
The best defense is protection from the above to decrease the chances of a URI. If you get ill, just treat yourself at home as you always have. You do NOT need a flawed covid test that was not designed to detect infectious disease! 😇
