Am I wrong in my logical critical analysis ???
I have heard about this. Although what was done is against The NYS Constitution and the 3 separate branches of the government in NYS.
The REALITY >>> The Executive Branch does NOT have The Constitutional Authority to CREATE LAWS. ONLY The Legislative Branch is constitutionally empowered to do so.
So Gov. Hoschel's UNCONSTITUTIOINAL criminal effort's in the eyes of The Law are NULL AND VOID and are NOT to be entertained by New Yorkers as though this can legally be done. NO IT CANNOT !
