My advice to everyone is to start getting prepared for the worse in case it comes to that.
List of things you should have/start gathering up (do not rely on devices i.e cell phones).
1. Protection
2. transmitter radio/ old school radio/CB
3. various size batteries
4. non-perishable food
5. medication
6. water
7. Flash Lights
8. Have cash on hand
Keep your vehicles filled up
