Also....it's not just the medicine cabinet. When they ADD "vitamins" to things like store bought bread and cereal....do you think those are NOT synthetic??? So any FOOD with ADDED vitamins and FOLATE...are most likely synthetic. Just wanted to throw that out there as well.

Yep. MTHFR gene mutations. Can't take ANY B vitamins that aren't methylated either. So if you have those gene snp's and are taking any kind of synthetic B vitamins or Folate...then you are harming yourself even MORE as your body can't detox the synthetics out.
