What is the safety requirements for this to be accomplished?
Sending the US Military to clear out the cave systems where these creatures are responsible for all the missing victims who were never found in these National Parks.
Not to mention "The Deep State" who have secret bases where they create these chimera or hybrid monsters. This is where some of the homeless people end up.
