I'm glad I found this video.The most difficult thing is to find out the level of vibration and frequencies, there are devices for this, but they are not perfect (viz video). "They" have to use devices because "their" DNA does not have this tuning ability.

Have you ever worked with clay? It is more malleable than plasticine. If you make something out of clay and leave it in the sun for three weeks - it's hard and solid like concrete. Therefore, these buildings are decorated on the outside, and inside you can see that the statues and other decorations were brought in afterwards.
I have tried it. When you add ash to the clay, it becomes even stronger and coloring can also be achieved.
Many of those structures were carved out of rock and many from hills (clay).
