"Everything about this feels like a setup where you drop your pet off, and get a call saying it's somehow "Mysteriously become infected, is quarantined, and now needs to be euthanized and incinerated, we are so sorry but there is nothing we can do, it's a new mandate, this is for everyone's safety so we can't let you see it as that may allow you to become a carrier and spread it."
