I am thinking, that, it was NOT a civil war we were being held back from engaging in, but, a religious war... another crusade.
The cube is a symbol of the enemy.
Enemy troops have been positioned (via hijrah). They have been activated. I can only hope they will be neutralized before they all start to attack.
