Going back to origin of plant species, the areas where things (like peppers, for instance) crop up tend to be just above the equator.
Where did God put The Garden, but in tne middle of earth? What's at the middle also - the equator?
The land was all one land in the beginning, according to Genesis. God moved the waters to one spot reveal the dry land in another spot.
Perhaps The Garden was all along the equatorial line? Or just north of it?
Peppers, like many fruits popular in the world today, are said to come from Central America and the Carribean. Are the stories about the post-Columbus distribution of peppers across India and Southeast Asia just a lie?
Everything grew in Eden.
