We all knew this wasn't an insurrection from the start but really have to wonder if people were really in jail for this. Lawyers would be all over discovery if a client was really arrested. Can't imagine they would want any legal proceedings looking into the truth of all this.

Do you think there are no J6ers imprisoned? Serious question. IDK what to believe. Heard an interview on X22 Report w Brandon Straka (from Walk Away). He didn't enter the capital but FBI stormed into his apt weeks later, arrested him, threw him in jail, then his lawyer advised him to take a plea deal (even though he was guilty of nothing) so the book wouldn't be thrown at him and then spend years in prison. Prior to that, I didn't think anyone was really imprisoned but now, not sure.
