The key is alkalinity. Our bodies are designed to work more efficiently when our bodies are alkaline. Cancer cannot thrive in an alkaline environment. Diabetes would not be rampant if people changed their diets to an alkaline diet. Three of the worst things to put in your body is soda, bottled water, and white sugar.
