i add a ton of honey, which dissolves in the boiled water i add.
basically my own version is a hot lemonade with turmeric, cayenne, lemon juice and honey. i just squeeze one lemon. it's actually delicious

I squeeze half a lemon's juice into my glass of alkaline water every night and drink it when I'm eating my dinner. I love it 🤷♂️🤣

I would have to work my way up to higher lemon juice levels. No problem with the pineapple juice! LOL. I just started added Cayenne to different things. Even tried it in my coffee. Wasn't bad until I sipped the bottom where it was concentrated! LOL
