They just bought our farm. Land trusts were set up yrs ago to make sure that family trusts would be so wound up that the only way to unwind them would be to sell.

We didn't want to sell because we used it but the extended family that had never even been there wanted their payout. Well, at least my 95 year old Grandmother doesn't have to worry about money. Her father and uncles started the farm in 1933. We had the oldest land trust in IL.
