When will sleeper cells be activated?
VK: During the Iran/Contra days our CIA flew in Contra's to train and many of them just left the cause when they got to America.
Fast forward to today, even if its only 1% of the 10million that crossed that 100k sleepers. If 50% of them walk away from their cause that still 50k active sleepers. It only takes a couple to cause some real issues.
