Why do I feel like they only call them NGO's (non governmental organizations) because they are actually GO's (governmental organizations). Just think about how an NGO gets their money...looks like they can be funded by ...you guessed it, governments.

Just like Patriot Act is not patriotic and Affordable Care Act isn't affordable etc.
