Many Atlatians and Lemurians died because they did not have time to hide. I think the tunnels were only dug after this event. It was after the division of one continent into several continents. If it were the other way around, salt water from the seas and the ocean would be everywhere in the tunnels. In fact, there is only one "ocean" (the one at the edge and outside our "bubble") and the seas are the remnants of a large ocean wave. But it's not - the tunnels run under the sea and the underground cities contain potable fresh water.

We are in a simulation, real life is somewhere else. Not after death, not for everyone. All "they" say to people here is deception and false oppositions (many false oppositions and real oppositions going against each other).
Humanity has "fallen asleep" in this simulation and forgotten that it is only a simulation. It's like the ultimate play station.
That is why those who know about the simulation (and can navigate it well) and are trying to awaken humanity were sent here.
Those who awaken are much less than is presented. There are more fraudsters and physical holograms (clones, bio-robots) serving as a "means of transportation" for the entities and now they are trying to force more and more "new" versions of simulations on humanity for an even deeper sleep (and yet they keep telling people that humanity waking up).
This is so hard to describe with just words...
And what preceded the battle between the Atlanteans and the Lemurians is even more interesting.

By God/Creator, imagine of a developer for super modern simulation games-far more perfect games in "play stations" than the one you buy in the store..
The feeling of love and purity turns the game on and off (allows exit), other emotions bind in the game, including guilty conscience-one who is not pure cannot ascend and is trapped in the game by the karmic wheel depicted as ouroboros
There is much more to the "game" than "just" saving humanity
Before, there were other simulations, but none of them worked - it was different "kalpas" and different forms of visages of "librarians/administrators/main players".
This territory "bubble" (our world) was originally intended as a universal "library" for the physical plane (limited by time and material).
Humanity was created as the last kalpa of the "keepers" of the library (I don't mean akash, but really the "physical" level,so the ultimate expression of creation) in the image of God/Creator (ie the main developer of this simulation)
