Even if these work, water today is already more expensive than gasoline/gal and a HUGE quiet move has been in play for decades now to privatize all large fresh water sources.
Unless they can work desalination into the picture in a big way cost effectively it's not going to save anyone any money.
And even then I don't believe these return ALL the water back into the environment as claimed which has serious long term consequences.
I read an interesting factoid once (so it must be true!) that the amount of surface water relative to the size of the earth compared to an orange is equivalent to the condensation of one's breath on that orange.
