Been off all week. Had to break down and actually see a doctor yesterday after cramping on and off for over a week. UTI. As much as I hate to take meds, have to take antibiotics to rid myself of this. Blah.

Raw unprocessed honey is how i treat mine. I have to take it for a whole 9 days but it works. Use Azo for the first 3 days for the pain though.
