Just noting that the EAS did absolute nothing for #MauiFires
EAS did nothing for Paradisefires....
when have you heard of EAS actually being used? Even local to the disaster? OHIO? Other train derailments?
They never use the EAS for real emergencies.🤔
So what's the real test?
