In the capacity of a Representative of the largest rail union in America I had occasion to seek the assistance of her office to resolve issues of safety for both rail employee's and the general public.
My communications with her office fell on deaf ears and not even a courtesy follow up letter.

My members and friends were dying on the tracks because of fatigue and because safety devices that could prevent these needless deaths were given years worth of waivers before final implementation.

Silence from the media. No cameras. No news Vans. No politicians showing up for the photo op and sound bite.

Just dead crew members in smoking wreckage.

She could have made a difference but she was to busy becoming a multi millionaire to be bothered.

No I don't feel sorry for her or her family who all benefited from her corruption and dirty money.
