My thought is this: turn off your phone if you are making the decision simply to take a break because you want to. Don’t do it out of fear. In fact, don’t fear, otherwise, you are not free because you’re letting someone else make your decision for you. It reminds me of the mask psyop, no difference really. Live in FAITH.
