The corruption knows no bounds! It's disgusting to prey on the needy like this. That video was sickening. If they really cared to help they would just put the money in their account. This is all about control and they take advantage of the most needy in their most time of fear. Grrr! When will this world change. They do expose themselves though every time they 'advertise' this disease they have of control. They are sick minded and sick hearted.
