If he does not have a commercial drivers license the charge is do to criminal pol ice enforcers, enforcing color of law, with kangaroo courts, criminal government usurpers.
DWI is not a lawful complaint, nor is reckless driving.
If someone is harmed, property damaged andor a fraud takes place there is no criminal complaint or lawsuit for remedy.
There needs to be a victim.
So many living in the land of presumption, assumption, strong belief systems, opinions.
Law is written and there is no such thing as reckless driving unless on the clock as a commercial driver, and or working for gover
