Your body has a great immune system if you take care of it. Raw fruits and veggies are prebiotics, fermented foods are probiotic - that is what your body needs to stay healthy - this statement has not been evaluated by the FDA, but apparently - neither has the vaccine

I share grains as they grow and have helped friends that have had many expensive medical tests done to find nothing. Kefir has cleared up the issue in no time. They now make it and swear by it.
