I have been looking at a compass daily!
If the earth is flat shouldn't it always point at the same place??
Well it moves all over the place! To the left to the right! I set it in the same place to read it!! Almost like it wobbles

Nautical charts always inform you to adjust degrees based upon date of printing to the compass rose on the chart.
I personally do not think anything is rotating, but I do believe poles are shifting, hence the necessary adjustment.
