Benefits of cayenne peppers 🌶️

I have a big bowl in my fridge dedicated to just peppers, it's the capsaicin in peppers (except for bell pepper) that have loads of benefits. It can prevent cancer, fight diabetes and even relieve pain. It's a molecular compound found in spicy peppers (including chili peppers, poblano peppers, serrano peppers and jalapenos), capsaicin has no dietary content, such as calories or additional nutrients. It’s found in every part of the pepper except for the seed, although the highest concentration of capsaicin is found in the inner wall where the seeds attach. 🌶

A bit confusing in this video. She says it constricts blood vessels to stop the bleeding & yet is a blood thinner?
