The kid needs eye protection.
I want firearm training by our service folks to Children Beginning Kindergarten.
By third grade, their respect and understanding of the firearm will enter into phase two of firearm control... target practice. Encourage Children to maintain high grade point to earn the target practice.
Teach early and when they are old they will not depart from it.
By junior high school, they could enter competition and firearm safety is first on every decision in their lives and those around them.
