Why do I feel so off right now?
Like everything has or will be turned upside down, and there is little I can do to weather today's storm.
Peace has been disrupted and my foundation is shaking, dreading going once more into the breech; hoping that I make it though on more day
Hoping for guidance and some type of heavenly assistance, and I needed to vent.

What’s even more astounding is that any of us function “normally” at all thru this storm. Give yourself some credit and do whatever you know works for you to let your battery recharge.
