I once had a shady car dealer that owed me money and kept making excuses until one day a friend of mine suggested I threaten to put a lien on his bond and guess what... the shady car dealer had my money the next day. All of it.
Licensed, BONDED, Insured. Filing against their surety bond is the quickest way to get their full and undivided attention. You can literally put them out of business, shut them down on the spot. Filing against their bond is same as a putting a lien against them.
Corrupt school officials, county and municipal clerks, cops, cps, all kinds of elected and unelected public servants. Federal, state, county and municipal workers, election officials, code enforcement... virtually all these asshats have to be bonded as a condition of employment. Heck, most people want the guy who mows their lawn to be bonded.

Day Care Workers, HVAC installers, Used Car Lots, Teachers, IRS workers, Deputy's, Rogue CPS workers, even Landscapers... one would be amazed at all the occupations that require one to be bonded.
BTW, that shady used car dealer I mentioned, here''s the backstory. He was sniveling like a little bitch when he handed me the money, and it was actually not even my money, it was my girlfriends money. She had actually consigned a car there based on my recommendation. Quote - "I can't believe you'd actually put a lien on me."
The point being - the mere threat on his bond was enough. The other point, I was completely unaware I could do this, or in my case, simply threaten to do this. Beautiful thing really, and so simple.
