This describes what used to be called the anti-hero, but I think that is a misnomer. They are just straight-up HERIOES! It reminds me of "Billy Jack" and "Rambo" and my own Daddy! It is just best if one leaves them alone... but if one chose be so presumptuous as to provoke them for no reason or to rouse them to action because of wrong-doing or arrogance. These guys will TAKE YOU OUT!

My Dad hated injustice, bullying by old or young, and no one, i.e., in their right mind, dared challenge him. I am glad he accepted Christ as a young man. He acknowledged the goodness of God and the instruction of the Bible, "to live peaceably with all men, if possible." (Romans 12:18).

But as Mr. T used to say, "I pity the fool" who crossed that line. This is masculinity! Nothing toxic about it!
