I really need some good video/documentary recommendations. Anything regarding ancient history, space, the deep state, current events, etc. Even if you can recommend a channel to subscribe to that would be great also.

Every time I have time to watch something, I realize I have no idea who's full of crap and who's not, and I don't want to 1) waste my time, and 2) fill my head with crap. So I end up watching nothing.

Any help would be appreciated! I don't have a lot of followers so if you'd repost this I'd appreciate it as well.
