is 5D JUST A FREQUENCY?

I WANT TO GO HOME
BUT I DO NOT KNOW WHERE IT IS ????

Heard you loud and clear. I feel like I have been going thru a steady transformation.. I wake up daily with strange thoughts and feelings.. I've always been a bit sensitive.. but it seems like the last month that sensitivity has become so advanced.. trying desperately to be able to control it.. I am excited where this may lead

I like to think of them as up loads.. it seems that on rough days I do some meditation and spend time or in the woods.. it is rejuvenating and allows me quiet time to reflect and allow my mind to concentrate
