“I look back at myself and I’m like, I can’t believe I supported for example, the war in Iraq. Why did I do that?

I think to my credit, I went to Iraq in 2003 and realized I had been completely wrong, and I said so; I didn’t continue to lie.

But I did go along with things I wasn’t comfortable with. I didn’t ask difficult enough questions and I wound up supporting something that was really bad for the United States, an evil in my opinion. So why did I do that?
