uhh, so yeah I look at planes and aircraft daily, primarily MIL types. Today, we have 4 HBAL balloons launched up over central California. Raven Aerostar, a DoD contractor fly these in coordinate with US MIL. These are the same type of balloons that "china" flew over. Why has no one on the ground noticed these?

In addition, we have a U2 equivalent NASA aircraft up over the CA/NV border west of Boulder City.

What the hell is going on?
