We received a letter from Dominion Electric today saying they want to charge us for coming to read our electric meter. We refused a "smart meter". Right now they are asking the State Corp. Commission to allow this. I pray they don't. How much more can people continue to dole out before we are all bankrupt!! Stop this madness!
