More like China was looking for a reason to claim Japan was a threat. Anyone concerned about the water release from Fukushima probably doesn't really understand the radioactivity level of the water and how it is actually disbursed in the ocean. Seriously - Eating 2 bananas in a week is a bigger threat than the water. Facts easily validated through various agencies and organizations (not all government operations either).
