Memories coming back...
I was 5 years old when my family drove down to Florida for a getaway. I had a really bad case of poison ivy and Iโ€™m fairly certain I whined and complained the entire drive from Indiana. Very soon after arriving my father took me in his arms to swim in the gulfโ€™s salty water. We stayed in the water for a long time. But the oozing uncomfortable mess started drying up that night. Swift and complete heal soon after. And for sore throats? Dad always made us gargle with warm salt water.
I have a feeling weโ€™re going to learn a lot more about the healing powers of salt/salt water. Still thank @VincentKennedy for sharing the Pink Himalayan salt soleโ€™ recipe/info almost a year ago. I do this every day now. Cheers. ๐Ÿง‚๐Ÿ’ฆ

In response Kim V.. to her Publication
You can also use this as a soak on cuts and it works to help relieve toothache pain caused by infection.
