What Happened: Approximately one week ago former pharmaceutical (Merck) rep Brandy Vaughan, founder of non-profit LearnTheRisk (learntherisk.org), was found dead in her home. Their CEO is one that has stepped down. I'm hoping a full investigation is being done. I believe she was murdered as a finale to all the intimidation being perpetrated on her prior to her death.
